Who We Are?/Introduction
R N D Automation Private Limited is a corporation situated in Pune, Indian financial centre, which is 175 kilometres away. We create specialised Poultry and Meat Processing Equipment for our customers. The company produces a whole range of semi-automatic defeathering machines to conveyorized facilities for processing 500 to 4000 birds per hour, which are widely used by both small and big scale processors and integrators in India and abroad. The world class array we deal in includes Poultry Abattoir Machine, Chicken Gizzard Peeler Unit, Commercial Chicken Marination Machine, etc. Our global presence includes the Oman, Bangladesh, United Arab Emirates, Sri Lanka, Nepal, Abu Dhabi, Libya, Nigeria, Kenya, Surinam, Sudan, Myanmar, and the United Arab Emirates, to name a few. We are counted among the leading Indian manufacturers and exporters.
Incorporated in 1988, R N D Practical Engineering was acquired by R N D Automation Private Limited in 2009. We are now a globally known company that is rapidly increasing as a result of our adherence to international standards as well as the economic feasibility of indigenous production over imports, which our clients have previously relied on. This combination not only ensures affordability, but also increases factory productivity and profitability dramatically. Our first product line consisted of de-feathering machines for small processors; today, the company develops semi-automated de-feathering plants and automatic conveyorised facilities for medium and large processors and integrators, processing between 500 and 4000 birds per hour.
